JOB POSITION: ACCOUNT ASSISTANT / ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE / ACCOUNT OFFICER

SALARY: RM2,000 - RM2,200

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Officers meticulously maintain records of an organization's financial transactions, both incoming and outgoing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable as required by the role
- Use database software to organize financial account data
- Address account inquiries from both internal and external parties
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure payments are made
- Ensure timely payment of company financial accounts, such as credit cards
- Conduct internal audits of financial activities when needed
- Review incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare financial reports for review by regulatory authorities

- Have AR experience is an ADVANTAGE
- Proficiency with productivity tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Diploma / Bachelor / Certificate in
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Self-driven and detail-focused
- Able to collaborate and coordinate with team members effectively
- Previous experience managing financial accounts
- Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
