Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for facilitating and improving the finance practices and act as an extension of the finance within Cosco Group of Companies. Position will perform finance functions with special emphasis on communications, problem solving, inventory control, data analysis and interpersonal skills. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, agencies, customers, and the public
Essential Duties:
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
Position is responsible for facilitating and improving the finance practices and act as an extension of the finance within Cosco Group of Companies. Position will perform finance functions with special emphasis on communications, problem solving, inventory control, data analysis and interpersonal skills. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, agencies, customers, and the public
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, etc.
- Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
- Analyse financial information for trends and errors
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
- To assist with team during month end closing
- To prepare balance sheet, track and reconcile bank statements
- Proper filling of related documents
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years of finance related working experience.
- Familiar with audit and tax practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
