Account Assistant
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Preferable with 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
3. Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
4. Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
5. Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
7. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- To perform daily cash collection and cash counting.
- Performs cash spot checks on outlet on monthly basis.
- Checks all staff claims including part timer for proper documentation and signature approval.
- Verifies accuracy of the staff and part timers’ claims.
- Files all claims either paid or unpaid.
- Maintain alphabetical files by vendor containing complete invoices and for efficient access after payment. All filing is to be kept current.
- Assist in monthly inventory processes.
- Order stationery and any office supplies.
- Perform any other duties assigned and when necessary by Management.
