Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare coding & Key - in Debtors/Creditors Invoices & Journal Entries.
• Key - in Bank Receipts/Payments.
• Knock Off Invoices against Payment Received/Made.
• Issue Official Receipt/File Official Receipts received.
• Filing Invoices According to Customers'/Suppliers' Series & Invoice Number series.
• Preparation of Debtors/Creditors Statement of Accounts.
• Preparation of Debtors Overdue Advice.
• Prepare Aging of Debtors/Creditors.
• Check D/O & Invoices from Marketing Dept. before dispatch to customers.
• Assist in preparation of payments such as duty, sales tax, etc.
• Post payments made to suppliers for Invoices & filing.
• Post payments received from customers for Invoices & filing.
• Preparation of Monthly Sales analysis.
• Preparation of Monthly Raw Material purchase.
• Updating changes of Unit Prices to Raw Material
• Prepare Bank Draft & T/T application for payments.
• Any other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Your Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in related field or experience.
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
