Supervisor
Your responsibility:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Supervise, lead and monitor Leaders, Machinists and Machine Operators in daily.
- manufacturing activities, discipline, safety & health, job performances & competencies.
- Work closely with PPC, Engineering & Quality departments in selecting suitable machine, tooling and equipment to meet with customer requirement.
- Selection of suitable machine groups, manpower in managing new projects production.
- Conduct daily meetings with group leaders to achieve productivity, quality, on time delivery and high OEE goal and target as set up by Management team.
- Update skill matrix for production workers and recommend relevant training in order to prepare for higher manufacturing technology and better opportunity of internal promotion.
- Working closely with production team in improving manufacturing process flow and cycle time reduction to remain competitive.
- Support Ho S & Ho P in providing technical advices and ideas in trouble shoot quality and manufacturing problems.
- Ensure all subordinates are aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures across all shift patterns.
- Communicate & keep team updated on all matters relevant to the business, production & quality in a timely and appropriate means.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Perform any other job functions deem necessary by Management.
- Diploma / Degree in:-
- Mechanical / Civil / CNC machining (milling and turning) / electrical and equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) and above experienced in Manufacturing (metal precision industry), preferable candidate with working experienced in same industry.
- Setting skills on BNJ Miyano Machine
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
