Project Management Assistant for our Consulting department (m/f)

Your future team

We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our Consulting department.
The Project Management Assistant (PMA) team supports our consulting teams by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.

Your next challenge

Support the management of opportunities and commitments:
Weekly monitoring of opportunities with various Managers/Directors
Assistance in the preparation and follow up of the engagement's process
Assistance in the preparation and quality review of letters of engagements
Budget monitoring
Assistance in preparing invoicing instructions
Support for the preparaion of quaterly customer meetings to follow up the KPIs
Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications

Your skills

University or Bachelor degree in administrative support.
Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach at all times.
Results oriented with a can-do attitude.
Strong team spirit whilst being able to work autonomously.
Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and ideally SAP.
Very good level of English and French. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish will be considered as a strong asset.
