Finance Project Manager

About the Role: As part of the Finance Department, you’ll work closely with the Accounting & Consolidation Director, leading strategic finance projects for the Group. In this position, you’ll be responsible for optimizing finance systems and processes, supporting key financial tools, and driving the continuous improvement of our financial operations.

Your Responsibilities:
IT Finance Project Management:

Lead and support IT finance projects across the Group.
Provide expertise on finance tools (Yooz, Cleemy, Kyriba, EPM, D365, etc.).
Identify and implement process optimizations in accounting flows and system interfaces.
Assist in the deployment of new finance tools and ERP systems, including invoice digitization and subsidiary rollouts.
Act as the key liaison between system integrators and accounting teams to resolve issues, align on new needs, and coordinate solution delivery.
Ensure that all tools and developments align with business requirements in collaboration with operational teams.

Participation in Group Finance Structuring Projects:

Develop and implement operational processes (e.g., drafting Group manuals, establishing internal workflows).
Continuously contribute to improving accounting flows and system integration.
Support ad-hoc projects and assist in addressing requests from subsidiaries, shareholders, or tax authorities.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience: A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Accounting, or Finance, with initial experience in an accounting role.
Sector Knowledge: Experience in distribution or retail sectors is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is a bonus.
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
