PRIVATE CAPITAL Web Portals Change Management Business Analyst (H/F)

CDI (Permament position)

Your mission

Contribute to the Cap Link Private (BNP Paribas Private Capital Portals) change activity:

• Contribute to the Cap Link Private change roadmap prioritization with the product and solution teams

• Contribute to the change planning with the vendor and the internal stakeholders

• Contribute to the follow-up of the sprint planning and execution

• Contribute tothe execution of the User Acceptance Testing

• Document the new features and fixes

• coordinate the implementation of features required for new clients

• Liaise with internal teams (IT, GBCM, Vendor, etc.) impacted by the change as appropriate

• Report to relevant stakeholders on the progress of the change roadmap

• Train relevant teams as appropriate

Your profile

Education:

Bachelor degree

Professional Experience:

Experience in Private Capital and vendor management

Proven record in solution design and change management

Behavioural Skills:

Client focus and result driven attitude

Effective communication skills in French and English

Ability to collaborate and to influence

Organisational skills

Transversal Skills :

Ability to multitask and interact with multiple teams towards a common goal

Ability to develop and improve processes

Ability to anticipate business / strategic evolution

Ability to set up relevant performance indicators

Technical Skills :

Knowledge of Private Capital domain

Project Management

Experience in solution design and understanfing of Agile concepts

Language Skills:

Fluent in English and French; German/other languages will be considered as an asset
