Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?
The Policy Administration Service Operator is responsible for the prompt management of all incoming phone calls and emails from our clients and partners, and for carrying out a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Prompt management and organization of the team’s mailbox
Prompt acknowledgment of day-to-day capital transaction requests from clients
Prompt response to incoming e-mails
Answering incoming phone calls
Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls/e-mails to experts where required
Provide accurate and timely information via phone/email
Collect, record and send hard copy confirmation letters
While ensuring
Respect of Service Level Agreements and deadlines
Respect of procedures and controls
Upholding Quality standards
Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Policy Administration Service Operator?
University Degree in Communication and/or relevant professional experience/training
Relevant similar experience would be an asset
Ability to analyze a situation and obtain information to reach sound conclusions
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines; pro-active, focused attitude towards work
Excellent communication skills (oral and written): ability to communicate and manage external relationships with clients to a strong professional standard
Service-oriented and results-focused, capable of ensuring a high service level to high-end clients
Ability to work independently with strong ability to take ownership
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Professionalism and Customer service attitude
Problem-solving and solution oriented with the ability to be proactive when issues arise
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment
Active listening and positive attitude in all situations with great team spirit
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Additional assets:
1-3 years of experience in the field
Experience in Finance or Insurance
Knowledge of Luxembourg AML laws
Any European language other than English is an absolute asset.
