Job Description: As a Fashion Retail Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning in-store displays and layouts that captivate our customers and drive sales. You will collaborate closely with our retail team and management to ensure our stores consistently provide an immersive and on-brand shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement eye-catching window displays and in-store layouts that highlight our products and brand identity.
Maintain and refresh visual merchandising displays to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal changes.
Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that product placement aligns with sales strategies and merchandise categories.
Create planograms and guidelines for store layout, signage, and product placement.
Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to make data-driven decisions regarding display effectiveness.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor displays to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage and organize visual merchandising materials and props.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry.
Strong creative and artistic abilities with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Understanding of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into visually appealing displays.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
