• Administer and manage server hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and scalability.
  
• Implement and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery plans, ensuring data security and business continuity.
  
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  
• Provide technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and integrate improvements into the existing infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in server and network administration.
  
• Proficient in managing server virtualization systems such as Nutanix AHV, VMware, and Hyper-V.
  
• Strong understanding of infrastructure services including Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP.
  
• In-depth knowledge of network management and security tools, including Firewalls and cyber threat protection.
  
• Ability to secure and maintain robust server and network defenses against cyber threats.
  
• Relevant certifications from recognized international vendors (e.g., VMware, Cisco, or Microsoft) are highly preferred.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
