Ensure that learning objectives are address the identified skill gaps and performance deficiencies.
Build a structured training plan based on the training needs analysis that aligned with the company objectives.
Determine the training timeline, frequency of sessions, and target audience for each training module.
Ø Skill Gap Analysis:
Evaluate current employee skills against desired competencies and job requirements.
Identify skill gaps at individual, team, and organizational levels.
Develop skill gap matrices to set the discrepancies and prioritize training areas.
Collaborate with managers to create tailored development plans for bridging skill gaps.
Monitor progress and reassess skill levels to ensure continuous improvement.
Ø Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
Conduct the employees’ assessments to identify the training needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and performance goals.
Design data collection methods such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Analyze collected data to determine training priorities and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop comprehensive TNA reports outlining findings and proposed training actions.
Ø Training Budget:
Develop and manage the training budget to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
Conduct cost analysis and forecasting to allocate budget resources across training programs effectively.
Monitor expenses and track budget variances to maintain financial accountability and transparency.
Ø Training Materials:
Lead the design and implementation of customized training materials tailored to different employee levels. This includes presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning courses.
Collaborate with the department managers to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
Ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and the industry best practices.
Ø External Trainings:
Evaluate & negotiate the proposals and contracts with external training providers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality for external training services based on quality, cost, and alignment with training objectives.
Measure the ROI of the external training providers to evaluate the effectiveness of each training.
Monitor vendor/trainer performance contract compliance to ensure delivery of high-quality training services within the assigned budget.
Ø ROI & Training Effectiveness:
Establish evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness and the impact of the training programs on employee performance.
Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to gauge knowledge acquisition and skill enhancement.
Analyze training feedback and performance data to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
Identify areas of improvement based on impact assessment results and participant feedback.
Communicate training impact findings to stakeholders and make recommendations for future enhancements.
Calculate the ROI of training programs by comparing training costs to benefits and outcomes.
Define clear metrics to measure the financial impact of training on organizational performance.
Analyze cost savings, productivity gains, and other benefits that happened as a result of the training.
Present ROI analysis reports to stakeholders to demonstrate the value of training investments.
Ø Personal Development Plans (PDP):
Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Organize learning events and workshops to encourage professional growth.
Implement strategies to encourage employee engagement and participation in learning initiatives
Collaborating with the employees to set specific and measurable personal development goals.
Support the employees to foster the personal development plans with an effective actions and timelines.
Recommending relevant training programs and learning resources for skill enhancement.
Ensuring alignment of development plans with career aspirations and organizational objectives.
Ø Performance Improvement Plans (PIP):
Conduct a performance evaluation analysis to identify specific areas where improvement is needed.
Develop a customized development plan outlining the steps and actions needed to address performance deficiencies.
Offer mentoring or coaching support to help the employees to enhance their capabilities in specific areas.
Provide ongoing feedback on performance progress, highlighting areas of improvement and acknowledging achievements.
Establish clear performance metrics and milestones to track progress towards improvement goals.
Document detailed records of performance improvement discussions, goals, actions taken, and achievements to evaluate the effectiveness of the improvement plan.
Ø Training Delivery:
Design and perform the non-technical training programs as a trainer, such as the soft skills training programs to enhance the employees’ skills (e.g. communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, etc).
Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to develop interpersonal skills and conflict resolution techniques.
Provide personalized feedback and guidance to employees to foster skill development in areas such as time management and adaptability.
Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, from scheduling sessions to managing expenses.
· Maintain and update the training records, reports, and databases. · Prepare and maintain the training certificates and attendance records. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - L&D related certification (e.g. CPT, TOT) is preferred with additional HR Related certifications. - +5 years of experience in learning and development role. - Full understanding of the learning and development strategies, activities, and best practices. - Expertise in a variety of training methodologies, prepare training budgets & measure training impact.
