The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various positions for both our agency and our partner clients. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that all vacancies are filled efficiently, and maintaining a strong online presence to engage potential candidates. The Recruitment Officer will also create and share informative content on social media to attract and retain a diverse pool of talent. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Identify and source candidates for positions within our agency and for partner clients through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Resume Screening & Initial Interviews:
Review and filter resumes to select candidates who best meet the job requirements.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the positions.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Recruitment Manager, CEO, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication between candidates and the interview panel.
Applicant Communication:
Keep applicants informed about the status of their job applications and provide feedback where necessary.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Social Media & Job Posting:
Post job vacancies on the company website, job boards, and social media platforms for both our agency and partner clients.
Conduct live sessions and post videos on social media about job openings and other informative content to engage the audience.
Create and share content that enhances the agency's online presence and attracts potential candidates.
Recruitment Metrics:
Achieve a 100% fill ratio for all vacancies by actively managing the recruitment pipeline.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, including the effectiveness of social media engagement and candidate placement success.
Requirements:
Language & Communication:
Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in conducting interviews and engaging with candidates and clients.
Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
Familiarity with job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and partner clients.
Creative and proactive in producing content to engage potential candidates online.
