Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard the best talent for our organization. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools, including job postings, social media outreach, recruitment events, and networking.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to create a shortlist of potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Assist in the onboarding process by providing new hires with essential resources and information to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain regular contact with candidates to provide updates and feedback, ensuring a positive experience regardless of the hiring outcome.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5 years of experience
Experienced in Overseas hiring from India, Nepal and Philippines
In- depth understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent Communication Skills in English (verbal/written) Arabic will add an advantage.
18 – Transferable Residency.
Able to join Immediately.
Kuwait driving license is a plus.
