We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist other departments with administrative support as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
