Quantity Surveyor
From inside Kuwait only.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project management within the flooring or construction industry.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, estimates, and forecasts.
- Evaluate and assess project costs, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for flooring installations.
- Conduct site visits to measure and value work done on-site.
- Ensure accurate cost management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the flooring or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in QS software and tools (e.g., Auto CAD, MS Project, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
