Responsibilities:
- Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential.
- Assist children in developing and improving social skills, communication, and academic skills.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on the child’s progress during sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss children’s progress.
- Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings and in consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance and training.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- A Bachelor's Degree. Preference is given to degrees in Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Humanities degrees. All candidates will receive ABA training if accepted.
- Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing), and English is a plus.
- A full-time position with the flexibility to work according to ABC's needs.
- Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a cohesive team.
- Strong Communication skills to support your relationship with BCBAs, Directors, co-workers, and families.
- Positive academic and employment references.
- Patience with the desire to work with children or young adults.
