Responsibilities:
Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential.
Assist children in developing and improving social skills, communication, and academic skills.
Collect and maintain accurate data on the child’s progress during sessions.
Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss children’s progress.
Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings and in consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance and training.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree. Preference is given to degrees in Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Humanities degrees. All candidates will receive ABA training if accepted.
Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing), and English is a plus.
A full-time position with the flexibility to work according to ABC's needs.
Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a cohesive team.
Strong Communication skills to support your relationship with BCBAs, Directors, co-workers, and families.
Positive academic and employment references.
Patience with the desire to work with children or young adults.
