As a Medic, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the health and well-being of our workforce at the project site. Your responsibilities will include providing initial medical treatment for injuries and illnesses, conducting health assessments, and delivering health awareness to employees.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in nursing or a medical-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a site setting.
- Valid MOH license in Kuwait is preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Experience in KOC with approval is advantageous.
- Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
- Provide on-site medical care for injuries, illnesses, and emergencies, including first aid and medication administration.
- Assess and triage injured or ill workers, coordinating with local emergency services for additional treatment as necessary.
- Conduct health assessments, such as pre-employment screenings and routine health checks, to monitor workers' health.
- Perform basic medical tests, like blood pressure measurements and vision screenings, to identify potential health issues.
- Promote health and wellness initiatives through educational sessions, health screenings, and awareness campaigns on project site.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Prepare incident and injury reports in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist with emergency response efforts, coordinating with emergency services and providing medical support during incidents.
