IT Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant to join our dynamic IT team.
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD400.000 - KD450.000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems.
- Assist in managing and maintaining servers, ensuring system stability and security.
- Perform routine software updates and patch management.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and user access.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Kuwait Driver’s license mandatory
- Should have a sociable personality
- Proficient in the English language
