Freight Specialist
Ensures that e-commerce shipping can be manageable, affordable, and fast, through finding the right partner and ensuring that strategies are in place to reduce delays, damages or inconsistencies.
· Excellent communicator, be able to ensure our shipments are delivered as planned in close collaboration with all stakeholders
· Have experience with international complex, industrial projects from being stationed abroad
· Be independent, quality-minded and have a structured approach to tasks
· Be able to maintain a solid overview – even when the pace is high and the deadlines are pushing hard as you juggle many tasks concurrently in a job with many interfaces
· Thrive working in an international environment and with international project teams across countries
· Monitor supply chains and shipments.
· Engage in regular communication with clients.
· Ensure timely schedules for client orders.
· Maintain accurate and consistent records.
· Address errors to promote client satisfaction.
· Manage inventory databases.
· Prepare comparisons with current courier mode rates.
· Negotiate agreement terms and process with finalized new carriers.
· Manage and create process flow for this Freight operations.
· Communicate with operations and warehouse team as required.
· Communicate with new carriers as required.
Requirements
Salary: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month

Requirements
- Immediate joiner
- Quick Learner
- Transferable visa 18
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- 3 Experience in freight
Salary: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month
