We are looking for a Floor Manager to take charge of the Ladies section at our swim club, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: Operations Oversight: Take full responsibility for the daily operations in the women’s section, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently without the need for external supervision. Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring all members receive outstanding service. Team Supervision: Lead and manage operations, customer service representatives, and cleaning personnel, ensuring they are performing their duties to the highest standard. Facility Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for members, coordinating with the cleaning and maintenance teams to keep the facility in pristine condition. Flow & Experience: Monitor the flow of training sessions and customer interactions to guarantee a seamless, professional experience for all visitors. Proactive Problem Solving: Quickly identify and address any issues or disruptions, ensuring everything runs smoothly without needing upper management intervention. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in managing operations and teams, ideally in a fitness, sports, or customer-focused environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle complaints and turn feedback into opportunities for improvement. Passion for fitness or swimming is a plus, though not required.
