The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and will play a critical role in helping our clients maximize the value of our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers, including retailers, garages, and fleet operators.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate auto parts and services tailored to their requirements.
Monitor customer engagement, usage metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and gather insights.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer accounts and drive revenue growth.
Stay informed and updated about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Proven work experience of 2-5 years in customer success, account management, or sales within the automotive or related industries in Kuwait is a must.
Strong knowledge of auto parts and aftermarket services is preferred.
Arabic speaker with proficiency in English language.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive customer service mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
