What are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate Experienced UX/UI Designer to contribute to the design, research, and implementation of user-centered interfaces for Checkmarx’s cutting-edge security solutions, driving innovation and excellence in a dynamic, top-tier technology company.
How will you make an impact? In this role you will be responsible for:
Leading UX/UI design initiatives, ensuring user-centered designs
Developing wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and improve products
Advocating for design standards and best practices
Conducting user research and usability testing
Driving the visual QA process to maintain design quality
Ensuring design consistency and quality across all projects
Exploring and integrating emerging technologies into design practices
Exhibiting the initiative to work independently, making informed decisions
Requirements:
What is needed to succeed?
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI/Product designer
Incredible UX/UI skills, with a portfolio to match
Passionate about UX, development and technology
Proficiency in Figma, prototyping and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and content
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
Knowledge of design standards and best practices, with a commitment to advocating for them within the organization
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply creative and analytical thinking to complex design challenges
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and making informed decisions
Education in Design, Tech, or other relevant field (Advantage)
Experience working on complex web-based, B2B products (Advantage); Experience in Cyber Security / Computer Science / Tech products (Advantage)
