Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the product design vision, strategy, and principles.
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Work with and maintain our Design System, guidelines, and standards to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the product.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation, improve design processes, and achieve excellence.
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing a complex B2B system/platform for desktop and mobile devices.
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and related tools.
Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details.
Deep understanding of user-centered design and experience in performing user research and usability tests.
Experience collaborating closely with product management and R&D.
A comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and design thinking.
Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a relevant field.
Experience in the E-Commerce, Payments or Fintech industry - advantage.
