We’re seeking an outstanding Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to help craft the future of our industry-disrupting all-in-one platform. Product designers serve a vital role at Guardz: by creating the end-to-end experience of our platform, you will help our customers fall in love with a product they depend on. We appreciate designers who are passionate about delighting our users by investing the time to understand their needs.
Your enthusiasm for UX/UI design should be evident in your love of building products. You’ll be part of an intimate product and R&D team that work closely together to get things done. You’ll simultaneously collaborate with the product & engineering team as well as leadership, who are all eager to see bold product initiatives. Responsibilities
Own the Experience
- : Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop an intuitive user experience that delights the users from sign-up through onboarding, first impression, aha & wow moments, and day to day usage.
Drive Features Development
- : Map out user experience journeys for new and existing features and functionality.
Immerse with our Customers
- : Use a variety of data, monitoring and communication tools to get to know our users and what drives their product behaviors.
Product + R&D + UX =
- : Be a valuable member of the product team to promote winning ideas and push data-driven decisions!
Creative mindset
- : A strong understanding of user-centric design principles should enable your ability to to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in UX design, research and user journey mapping.
- 4+ years of experience designing a complex platform with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B products (SMB product experience a bonus).
- Highly proficient in Figma, hands-on, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- An understanding of dependencies between design, front-end and backend technologies and experience using a design system.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; a team player comfortable in a fast paced start-up atmosphere.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
