Job Description Your key responsibilities as staffing Manager will consist of:
Managing the Support@teamlexington.london email inbox and respond to the emails with a timely manner including booking confirmations on a daily basis.
Responsible for managing all scheduling and deployment of staff using online booking platform. E.g. Rotacloud.
Ensure the right calibre and quantity of staff are booked for each site in line with their requests.
Always maintain clear channel of communication between sites and CST to ensure expectations of site management team are managed at every step. This includes use of agencies.
Work with the recruitment team to ensure staffing levels are kept inline with business levels.
Support with conducting interviews and the whole recruiting process.
Responsible for securing confirmation of attendance of CST staff/agency from site management team. Ensuring recharges are accurate at all times.
Actively encourage staff feedback from sites and follow up with appropriate actions.
Support the Talent & Resourcing manager with resolving any customer complaints/ staffing issues on daily basis.
Strengthen relationships and support business growth by carrying out 3 site visits per week with followed up with documented actions.
Ensure staff members has an active training plan including all mandatory trainings and refreshers supporting their continuous development.
Ensure staff are always supplied with the correct uniform. Liaising with HR & Payroll Administrator for order and supply.
Full understanding of online booking platform, updating the system as when required, sending weekly reports to Talent & Resourcing manager, and sending casual hours/overtimes/absences to HR/Payroll Administrator.
Responsible for managing absence for all staff. Conducting RTWs ensuring HR & Payroll Administrator is always kept up to date.
Carry out coffee chats for all staff and casuals at least once per month. Ensuring all staff reviews are completed and up to date on TT2. E.g. probations reviews, mid-year reviews, annual performance reviews, etc. Support HR/Payroll Administrator with management of TT2 to ensure all up to date always.
Ensure recharge sheets are always completed and kept up to date. Support Finance Administrator with any recharge queries, processing of expenses for staff members and overall efficient management of CST resources.
Ensuring operational activities meet requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, allergens, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and employees.
Ensure that all policies and procedures of the company are adhered to.
Carry out any other reasonable requests of the Support Team management.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours, 5 days out of 7 ( as business required)
