We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our large brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced culinary environment. Job Description
Your key responsibilities as the Chef de Partie Chef will consist of:
– Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
– Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
– Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
– Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
– Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
– Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 Skills and Experience Responsibilities: – Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality dishes according to the menu – Assist in creating and developing new recipes – Maintain a clean and organized work station – Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations – Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards Requirements: – Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or line cook – Culinary diploma or relevant certification – Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines – Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment – Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you are a dedicated and talented culinary professional looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in a large brigade, we would love to hear from you.
