About the role We seek a proactive and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will be pivotal in identifying and engaging with top-tier talent for Ludeo. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp acumen for spotting potential candidates, adeptness in sourcing techniques, and the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
What you'll do
Be a strategic partner to managers as the go-to person for all talent acquisition matters.
Utilize online channels, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to address current and future hiring needs.
Devise and execute innovative sourcing strategies aimed at reaching passive candidates effectively.
Engage candidates through personalized outreach, targeted email campaigns, and participation in networking events to cultivate rapport and stimulate interest.
Analyze sourcing metrics using data-driven approaches to refine and optimize sourcing strategies continually.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment journey.
Remain abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in startups or hi-tech companies
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sourcing Expert in R&D fields.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with recruiting databases and social media platforms, such as Linked In Recruiter, and Facebook, among others.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
