HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all HR functions, with a primary focus on recruiting top talent for various roles. You will ensure that our HR processes support a positive and high-performing workplace culture while helping the company scale by attracting and retaining the best employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on senior and tech positions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, recruitment platforms, and partnerships with external recruiters.
    • Manage the full candidate experience, ensuring smooth processes and timely feedback at all stages.
    • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
  • HR Management:
    • Oversee and execute all HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture and improve retention.
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and values.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
    • Implement HR systems and tools to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition, with a proven track record in recruiting for tech and senior-level roles.
  • Extensive experience in building and scaling recruitment processes within a fast-growing organization, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is required.
