We are currently looking for Senior Building Maintenance Technician

Job Summary/Goals:
Supporting Kitchen team lead with all aspects of Kitchen building maintenance services as detailed in the scope of works
Job holders need to maintain the proper functioning and safety of kitchens by performing routine repairs, minor renovations, and various maintenance tasks, including welding, drywall, acoustic ceilings, furniture repairs, cart repairs, sign installation, sealing, contractor supervision, and plumbing work.
Required to handle all service calls in accordance with intel/JLL SLA,
In addition to perform proactive maintenance in kitchen.
Individual required working in a dynamic and fast paced environment with attention to detail

Skills
Experience in general maintenance and repairs in buildings.
Experience in plumbing, including blockage repairs, faucets, and water heaters.
Experience in drywall and acoustic ceiling work.
Proficiency in flooring, furniture repairs, cart repairs, and sealing
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high communication ability
Willingness to work shifts, including overtime and weekends.
Experience in welding – advantage.
Kitchen maintenance experience – advantage.
Commitment to high safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of communication skills

Experience
At least 10 years of experience

נתינת פתרונות מעשיים בתחומים מגוונים: אינסטלציה, גבס, עץ, תאורה וכו.
עבודה לפי חוקי בטיחות וסטנדרטים של שירות לקוחות המוגדרים ביעדים.

דרישות התפקיד:
ניסיון של 10 שנים לפחות בתחום תחזוקת מבנים וריהוט בתעשייה
היקף משרה מלאה, 5 ימים 08:00-17:00, בנוסף נדרשת תורנות בימי שישי לסירוגין
