Reports to: CRM Team Leader
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin
What will you do?
You will be responsible to end-to-end key projects in the CRM domain
Analysis of business needs and design solutions based on Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience cloud.
Analysis of existing processes and their current implementation to adjust it with new requirements.
Write detailed design documents to describe current implementation and suggested solution.
Implementation of new business requirements
Provide hands-on Support for users on their day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting and data fixes
Requirements:
What should you have?
2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
Skilled with complex flows and data migrations
Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
Experience in supporting and training system users.
Must be a team player
Fluent in English – a must.
Experience with Form Titan – an advantage
Salesforce Admin certification - an advantage
BSc in Industrial Engineering\ Information systems – an advantage
