We're looking for a talented and highly motivated IT Administrator to join our team.
You will:
Deliver innovative solutions (cloud platforms): Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, Power Automate and related technologies
Create and deliver automation solutions using cutting edge automation tools
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configurations and manuals
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
Work with various teams - such as security, R&D, Dev Ops, and more
Support and execute IT projects and new technologies
Support on / off-boarding process
Support Papaya employees (global and local)
Requirements:
4+ years hands on experience as an IT Administrator
Full knowledge and experience with Azure AD & Intune
Experience with Power Automate
Full proficiency with office 365 suite (Teams, Planner, outlook, Teams, Share Point etc.)
Experience with managing network equipment (Aruba is an advantage)
Experience with managing FW (Forti FW is an advantage)
Full proficiency with office 365 (manage groups, users, and integrations)
Experience with supporting and managing Mac devices.
Experience with soft phone solutions (3cx an advantage)
Experience with supporting windows workstations
Experience with power shell and scripting
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Team player, high serviceability, great interpersonal skills - Must
