We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Leader to oversee our Payments Platform group. In this role, you will lead multiple talented teams in developing our innovative payment products. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of our payment services, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
You will:
Lead and mentor multiple development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Set objectives, provide feedback, and manage team performance.
Promote professional growth through training and mentorship.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of backend microservices and system architecture.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and software design.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new payment services and features on time.
Manage the full development lifecycle and mitigate risks.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies.
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions through automated testing and code reviews.
