Support administrator

We're seeking a Support Administrator for a leading and unique company in the field of soccer.
As a Support Administrator at Octopol, you will be an integral part of our support team, ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective support, address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, working with the research and development teams to solve customer problems.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to

resolve their issues.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and challenges that clients encounter, working closely with our technical teams to find solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Octopol's products and services to assist clients with their questions and problems.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation, including FAQs and guides, to aid clients in finding answers to common

questions.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, development, and quality assurance, to enhance the customer experience and

improve product functionality.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Organization and order
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand complex software and technology.
Prior experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is a plus.
