Job Overview: Maytronics is seeking a dynamic and experience Head of Quality to lead our quality efforts across the Company worldwide including product development processes, multiple production sites, and supplier networks (end to end). This role is critical in ensuring exceeding customer expectations and the highest standards of quality and reliability in our pool cleaning robotics products and processes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with Maytronics' objectives, culture and values.
Oversee Integrated Management Systems and practices across all Maytronics facilities globally.
Ensure consistency in quality standards practices implementation across diverse geographical locations.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to integrate quality, reliability, design for excellence principles into new product development processes.
Ensure quality and reliability requirements deeply Implemented in Maytronics products and processes and fulfilled in all gates throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept to market launch (mass production)
Develop and manage a robust supplier quality management program
Ensure suppliers accept and follow Maytronics values, principles and goals.
Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of Integrated management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, etc.) across all sites.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all markets where Maytronics operates.
Spearhead quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Value Steam Mapping etc.
Build and manage Company dashboards related to quality, reliability and other aspects of company processes and products.
Implement advanced quality metrics and analytics across all operations.
Provide regular quality performance reports to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s degree in quality assurance is an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of experience in quality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in managing quality in a multi-site design and global manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality implementation and fulfillment in product development processes.
Certified Lead Auditor (different standards)
Experience in supplier quality management and auditing.
Expert knowledge of international quality standards and regulations in the electronics/robotics industry.
Proficiency in quality management tools and statistical analysis software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in change management and driving cultural transformations.
