Manage the NOC department working 24X6, handling alerts and events in a financial organization. · Monitor the team’s work, setting the guidelines, rostering and measuring team’s performance. · Manage major events while constantly updating the client. · Manage the Root Cause Analysis process.
- Monitor the End-of-day/Beginning-of-day processing lead by the team. · Issue weekly and monthly reports. Work towards having maximum coverage of events monitored. Clear communicator in the English language (both written and verbal).
At least 2 years of experience in NOC management. At least 2 years of experience in NOC. Background in monitoring and working with monitoring tools. Familiarity with Control-M – an advantage.
Capable of multi-tasking, good time management and prioritization of workload. After-hours availability required in cases of major events. ITIL certified – an advantage.
