Job Description:
As the Travelling Shot Waitress Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of shot staff across various locations in Europe. You will be required to travel frequently, ensuring smooth operations, providing sales training, and ensuring customer satisfaction and staying at locations for weeks/months at a time.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee shot staff operations in different locations across Europe.
• Ensure all staff members are punctual, present throughout their shift, and adhere to company policies.
• Sell shots to customers in a fun, engaging manner, while also ensuring staff meet sales targets.
• Provide sales training and support to shot staff, enhancing performance and maximizing sales.
• Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts, ensuring a positive working environment.
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation at all times.
• Communicate effectively with venue management and staff to ensure successful operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or nightlife (shot staff or sales management experience is a plus).
• Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented.
• Organised and able to manage staff rotas efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
