The company is in process of building a new 50,000 square feet factory on a green field site in Cootehill, Co. Cavan that will accommodate immediate growth and expansion of the business.
The Role
A vacancy has arisen for a Spray Painter/Shot Blaster.
Duties
· Preparation of metal products and application of paint using airless air-assisted gun.
· Shot blasting metal surfaces in preparation for painting.

• Load parts into the shot blasting room.
• Remove all rust/dirt from components using handheld equipment.
• Evaluate finished surfaces to determine if additional work is needed.
• Spray painting parts to high quality standards.

· Ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
· Ensure that all Health and Safety rules are always adhered to.
· Achieve the highest level of housekeeping standards.
· Achieving production and quality targets.
· Any other tasks and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
· Previous experience in a similar role.
· Experience with 2 pack paint.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Conscientious and meticulous in approach to work.
· Ability to adhere to quality procedures, disposal of waste procedures & sign-off work.
· Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
· High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €31,000.00 per year
