Site Clerk

We now have an opportunity for a Site Clerk in Letterkenny
General Duties
· Maintain Project Structure filing in accordance with Glebe Builders file structure in softcopy & hardcopy format via Procore.
· All Quarry material leaving & entering site must be recorded on the tipping Reg and dockets filed. This also includes Diesel, Sweepers & Skip.
· All delivery dockets to be uploaded to easy build on a daily basis.
· Monitor all time and attendance records on sign in & sign out sheets/turnstile.
· Photo’s to be taken and uploaded to Procore daily of site progression & site activity
· Minute Taking for last planner meetings if required.
· Obtain sub-contractor RAMS, safety statement, training certs, Insurances etc
· Assist in investigating recording and reporting of injury’s incidents and near misses, while also assisting in ensuring any corrective actions are implemented without delay.- Via Procore
· Ensure all statutory inspections (AF & GA) are being completed / retain copies of all in EHS folders and softcopy on Procore.
· Retain / Control use of Permits / Issue blank permits / file and retain blank permits / Assist in completion (filling out) of permits( Hot works, roof permits etc)
Retain environment records (waste management records etc .)
· Ensure Toolbox Talks are completed and retain record.
2 YEARS EXPEREINCE AS A CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
A VALID SAFEPASS & MH IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
42.5HRS PER WEEK
