They require an experienced Site Clerk for a large scale Residential Housing Development in Drogheda.

Duties:
- Verifying that all documents adhere to established standards and protocols.
- Crafting, implementing, and maintaining Document Control Procedures consistent with the Company's Document Management System.
- Guaranteeing the accessibility, traceability, and precision of documents.
- Addressing inquiries and requests.
- Timely compilation and upkeep of construction records, encompassing but not limited to:
- Overseeing stationery orders and IT access requests.
- Tending to any administrative tasks required to adapt to evolving business demands.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on a construction site in a similar role
- Good time management skills & ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Motivated and flexible
