What you will do Working in collaboration with the operational teams at all levels the Learning and Development Coordinator will have responsibility for the administration of the Learning Management System, Cheshire Academy, and will be the first point of contact for all queries from the management and administrative personnel in the services. A minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role Excellent skills in all MS Office software Experience of using LMS software. Experience of using Totara 14 desirable but not essential Excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills Excellent analytical and report writing skills with the ability to work to deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with Operational Management and Administrators Excellent timekeeping and an ability to be self-directed in their work planning Ability to work on their own initiative in line with the goals of the L&D team Results focussed with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities In possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland and able to speak and write English fluently.
