Key responsibilities:
Provide support to the Project Manager and team throughout the project.
Collaborate with the design team as required.
Review and validate civil engineering designs, models, and drawings.
Carry out QA procedures, such as concrete inspections before and after pouring, handling RFIs, and resolving technical challenges.
Assist in enforcing and overseeing safe working practices on-site.
Monitor and log materials, equipment, and logistics.
Keep thorough records and deliver comprehensive reports.
Qualifications:
A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
At least 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
Experience with a main contractor is crucial.
Familiarity with working within a Quality Management System is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail in construction documentation, procedures, and compliance with current building and civil regulations.
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft applications
