We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our OTC Derivatives team. This role is located in Dublin - hybrid.
The OTC Derivative Valuations team is required to:
Complete the daily pricing of OTC assets and price exception validation for a variety of clients within a tight, deadline driven environment.
Ensure an excellent service standard, maintain a flow of communication, build relationships, and continuously manage workflow with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the take-on of new clients and onboarding of new business for existing clients.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Taking ownership of the work completed by the OTC Dublin Team.
Monitoring daily processes - ensuring staff complete tasks as per agreed guidelines and procedures, and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Overseeing the daily processing of OTC assets and price exception validation review for a variety of clients.
Reviewing processes against current market best practise and implementing improvements, working with colleagues in other locations to ensure best practise items are rolled out globally.
Acting as the primary contact for audit, client, compliance, management, and trustee issues. Leading meetings with internal teams and external clients to discuss new business, open issues, and ensure SLA’s are monitored and adhered to.
Maintaining the integrity of the security master data on the OTC database, review and sign-off the master records completed by the analysts and supervisors.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
5+ years of experience in the funds industry, preferably in a quantitative finance/pricing role.
Prior supervisory/managerial level experience in the OTC pricing space is desirable
A working knowledge of OTC instruments strongly preferred.
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to lead by example.
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
