We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling our courses to Japanese individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in selling services and educational courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers in the Japanese market to promote ELI Schools’ services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Conduct sales presentations, both virtually and in-person, to showcase the benefits of ELI Schools’ courses.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the Japanese market.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to ensure ELI Schools remains competitive in the Japanese market.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in selling services, preferably in the education or language learning sector.
Specific experience in selling courses or similar educational products is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with Japanese customers.
Fluency in Japanese is required, and proficiency in English is essential.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Computer skills.
Flexibility to work within different time zones, catering to the Japanese market.
