Sales Office Manager
The 4-Star Ardilaun Hotel is looking for a Sales Office Manager to join the team.
As the Sales Office Manager you will oversee daily operations, ensures efficient workflow, and support the sales team in achieving targets. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. This role requires you to be in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Be proactive to get new business into the hotel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Develop innovative ideas and sales strategies to boost revenue across various sectors of the hotel, including conferences, events, bedrooms.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate sales events, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and sales forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to drive sales and ensure the smooth running of events.
- Participate in the planning and execution of sales initiatives to boost hotel visibility and attract new business.
- Coordinate sales training sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Committed to working 5 days a week at the hotel.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous managerial experience desired.
- Proficient in preparing reports and forecasts.
