Protential Resources are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator for their client based in Chapelizod. The Role:
Dealing with clients daily compiling orders and liaising with Production/ Logistic departments to ensure that the client’s requirements are met with.
Taking and recording of orders and recording same . Preparing of documentation to submit to accounts department.
Recording on daily basis or orders/returns.
Building a good understanding of products and maintain good customer relationships.
Dealing with issues that may arise from time to time and solving same in an amicable way.
About you:
A minimum of two years office administration experience is essential.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail.
Previous experience of working in a similar role within the food sector while not essential would be an advantage.
Good Telephone manner is required.
Good IT skills essential.
Knowledge of issuing of Purchase orders , Invoicing, and credit control .
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Driving License is essential.
