The Role
As an
RPA Engineer working within Robotic Process Engineer (RPA), you will be an integral part of the RPA Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for assisting in the identification, design, development, testing and implementation of innovative automated process improvement solutions.
You will collaborate with the Enterprise Business Process Improvement group to implement solutions which, will drive process efficiencies across the organization that assist in driving cost efficiencies, enhanced productivity, and improved customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own responsibility for the design, development, testing and implementation of robotic solutions that meet business objectives.
- Deploy RPA Bots that interact with third party applications.
- Document technical infrastructure requirements for RPA solution deployment.
- Configure RPA using principles that are maintainable, easy to understand, and efficient with architecture that is extensible and scalable that drive business outcomes.
- Create and maintain RPA documentation.
- Maintain and monitor RPA technology and infrastructure health and processes are triggered as intended.
- Troubleshoot RPA process issues providing timely response and resolutions.
- Review analytics and provide continuous process improvement information.
- Work with Enterprise Business Process Improvement to identify process improvement automated solutions.
- Develop project estimations, system and solution designs and communicate project risks and issues.
- Stay current on RPA technology trends and best practices.
- Evaluate RPA technologies to use within the enterprise.
- Provide technical team leadership.
- Train and mentor within RPA COE.
Your Profile
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experiences:
- A bachelor’s degree is required, with a degree in business, information systems or computer science preferred, although relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree at management’s discretion.
- Solid experience in a similar role.
- Extensive technical experience in the IT industry.
- 1-3 RPA project solution experience, end to end.
- RPA Tool experience (i.e. UI Path, Blue Prism, Open Span, etc.).
Good to have:
- Proficiency in Ui Path an advantage.
- Proficiency in Jira preferred.
- NET/VB/C++ - experience in Microsoft stack a plus.
- Lean process improvement experience desired.
