Key Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be a vital part of our recruitment team, supporting the hiring, onboarding, compliance and scheduling components of our team. Your role will include:
Providing general administrative support to our agency recruitment team.
Communicating with candidates, ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
Maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assisting with pre-employment checks and onboarding.
Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer experience
About You: You're a great fit if you have:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
