We currently have a vacancy for a Recruitment Coordinator to support us and wider firm in Recruitment predominantly and HR Administration to ensure our candidate and employee experience is consistent and impactful. This role will have significant responsibility in enhancing our Early Careers programme. This is an excellent opportunity to gain some valuable experience to develop your own niche in our fast paced & caring firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Recruitment & HR team in coordinating all candidate and employee touchpoints from career fairs, interviews & assessments, contract & offer communication, pre-commencement supports, onboarding & induction, lifecycle milestones, intercompany transfers and offboarding
- Key role in supporting the firm wide annual graduate recruitment campaign and its related events & initiatives
- Development & roll-out of Early Career Programme initiatives and events throughout the year while supporting wider employee experience programmes in Diversity & Inclusion, CSR, etc
- Providing HR & Recruitment support ensuring that all queries are actioned in a timely manner
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the recruitment tracker and the recruitment module of the HR system ensuring candidates are progressing through the stages in the system and notifications sent out in a timely manner along with ensuring job specs are uploaded, updated and taken down as appropriate
- Scheduling Interviews & Assessments, following up with candidates & hiring partners / directors
- Dealing professionally and efficiently with telephone calls/queries with all external and internal clients and following up as appropriate
- Coordinating exams, study leave and fee processing for trainees
- Being a key point of contact on HR system administration, troubleshooting and implementation
- Liaise with Marketing on employer branding materials and content for Early Careers Campaigns
- Preparation of payroll administration as required
- Assisting in the development, improvement and updating of processes, procedures, continuous improvement and strategic activities within the team with the confidence to develop your own ideas and implement them
Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Coordinator preferably within professional services
- Experience in Early Careers programmes would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with varying types of people
- Excellent attention to detail and writing skills (draft letters, reports, surveys, job advertisements etc)
- Be self-motivated, self-driven and comfortable working on own initiative
- Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
- Must be a team player, flexible with a “can-do” attitude to requests and tasks
- The ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- High level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of MS Packages
- Previous experience using social media platforms such as Instagram and Linked In for recruitment purposes desirable
- Demonstrated interest in candidate & employee experience and creating a positive workplace culture and environment
