Overall Role To provide reception and administrative support to ST. MICHAEL’S CENTRE This will include the following responsibilities:
To staff reception and phone lines for St. Michael’s Centre
To provide administrative support to St. Michael’s Centre
To provide administrative support to other relevant support services
Specific duties include:
Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Handling enquiries efficiently and promptly and providing information as appropriate.
Receiving clients/callers in a polite and efficient manner.
Ensuring the maintenance of a neat and clean working environment.
Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as required.
Maintaining appropriate files and records and statistical data as required, including contributing to database.
ensuring the smooth running of the reception.
